Just wanted to personally say thank you to Chephren from Gate Realty and Mortgage Services for helping my son and his girlfriend purchase their first home. When he says that you can reach him 24/7, he really means it. There were many times when we contacted him long after normal business hours, and he always answered the phone. He walked us through every step of the process and even mediated between the listing agent and the park manager when things got heated between the two.

Chrephen at Gate Realty & Mortgage has been a live saver for me. I had to hurry and move out of town and Chrephen came in literally that next day to take pics/videos and I was on MLS that day. 1st Time Home Buyer Here…..I had know idea there was sooooo much paperwork involved in the purchase of a home. I was thankful to have Chephren in my corner. He explained everything to me in easy-to-understand terms and took the fear out of buying my first house. More importantly, he worked around my schedule, and was literally available 24/7. There were times when I had questions at 11 o’clock at night and he was always available. I used Chephren Johnson aka (C.J.) from Gate Realty and Mortgage to sell my home. Although the experience of selling a home is always a little stressful, I’m thankful that he was there to help me every step of the way. He was very easy to talk to and stayed in constant contact with me. His negotiation skills were great, which led to my home selling quickly and for the price that I was asking. He handled all of the contractors when repairs were needed, dealt with the buying agents, lenders etc. When one of the showing agents from another company lost the key to my house after a showing, he made sure that agent paid to have all of the locks re-keyed. I will definitely use Chephren's services again when the time comes for me to buy another home!
