Cheryl Phillips

Cheryl is a native "Pittsburger" but has been in Colorado since '94, so this is officially "home". Cheryl along with her husband and her three greatest accomplishments (her kids) live in Castle Rock. After 4 years at Penn State University followed by Duquesne Law School, she found her "calling" in sales and has been emersed in ever since. Cheryl loves to negotiate the "best deal" for her buyers and sellers- and her references will reflect that.
