Cheryl did a great job for us!! Everything from getting the photos taken of our house and property, getting the house staged and setting up many showings of the house. Cheryl is very professional and easy to talk to and she communicates very well! I would recommend her to anyone!!

Cheryl was amazing throughout the whole house buying experience. My wife and I were moving to VA from NC. We had a short window to move and also this was our first time buying a house so the stress was at the max. She was an excellent guide throughout the whole process and she was always checking on us and very easy to reach. Every obstacle we faced, she was there to get us through it.

She did it again! Cheryl first helped me buy my forever home 3 years ago. I cannot even express the level of her patience walking me through every minute of that purchase. Plans changed and she was my immediate goto to sell that same home 3 years later. She was on top of everything from day one. We had a time-frame set, she came over and we went through all items I needed to address prior to listing, she helped tremendously with ideas about staging, etc. When it came time to list we discussed all our options and what we thought would be best. Her experience and knowledge of the market is what allowed me to get top dollar for my home on DAY ONE. Yes we went under contract within 24 hours of listing. She was there every moment of the transaction from start to finish. She handled everything from contracts to inspections to closing. She made this process so stress free. I cannot express enough how much I would recommend Cheryl. You will not find a better agent who will listen to you, your needs and wants, and go above and beyond for you!
