About Cheryl
As an Indianapolis native, I am familiar with the Circle City and the surrounding counties. After graduating from Indiana University and working in the field of Social Work and Corrections, I made the transition to Real Estate - Salesperson in 2003, Associate Broker aka Legacy Broker in 2006 with Carpenter Realtors and Independent Broker/Owner in June 2014.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR), Central Indiana Realist Association (CIRA), Women's Council of CIRA, National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), and Indiana Real Estate Independent Brokers Association (IREIBA). Serve on the Board of Realtors Professional Standards Committee, Risk Reduction Committee and former Grievance Committee Member.
