In their previous lives, they both worked in advertising for nearly 20 years — Çheryllyne was a brand copywriter + Andy was an art director. They bring their combined skills in advertising to elevate their marketing for listings (host pre-list parties, door knock and flyer neighborhoods, throw farewell parties for the seller the day before they close, etc. to garner community engagement) so that their SELLERS can net the highest dollar amount.
For their BUYERS, they use their experience in advertising again to offer a high level of luxury customer service for ALL their clients, irrespective of the property price point, as they believe that everyone should be treated equally and equitably. Plus, Cheryllyne comes from a family of lawyers and Andy comes from a family-owned business, and the duo enjoy negotiating on behalf of their clients.
