We purchased our first home 5 years ago. It’s stressful and lots of pressure to find a home that’s right for you and in your price budget. They both made it less hectic. They were both always available and if they were busy they would communicate. If I saw a house I liked we were seeing it that same night. After all was said and done they paid for catering for a house warming party. HOW SWEET! If we ever decide to sell/buy…. We know who to call!

Cheyenne has been such a vital part of the last few homes I bought and sold. She understands the market and knows what the best course of action is.
I had a home I thought I could sell for more than it was worth. Cheyenne cautioned me against listing it high but I did anyway. It did not sell. After a couple weeks I let her decide what the price would be and it sold soon after. Having her and her team is a must for any home you are buying or selling.

Let me just say... if you're worried about buying a home, you can set those worries aside with these ladies! I was so nervous moving, not just to a new town, but to a new state! Cheyenne and Carlette made sure to help me find my way around the area, and matched me up the perfect house for my family and myself. I can honestly say they went above and beyond the duties of real estate agents by working tirelessly to answer all my questions, helping set up movers to move me from California to Idaho, showing me around town, helping register my kids in the right school, and where all the best dining locations are. They took my nightmare of a situation, and turned it into a dream. Seriously. They are the dream team. Thank you ladies for absolutely changing my life, I couldn't be happier.

Both Carlette and Cheyenne are very friendly and professional, and experienced. They helped me purchasing my first home. It's a nice house and I am very satisfied with pretty much everything. I mainly worked with Cheyenne, she is patient, and care about clients. Even after the house purchase, she still kept in touch with me and sent messages to me regularly asking me if everything goes well.
