Chris Anderson

Chris came to the Durango area to attend Fort Lewis College 33 years ago. At that time, He started volunteering with the fire department. After collage, he had a 27-year career as a firefighter and retired from the position of Fire Chief. During that time, he built and operated a large ranch west of Durango with his wife of over 28 years, while raising their two daughters. He retired from public service several years ago and has moved on to being a real estate agent. His knowledge as a rancher gives him the background in the aspects of rural living to help you buy, sell and invest in real estate. Chris has always put the safety of the citizens of our community as a priority and will give your real estate needs special attention. My life experiences give me a variety of knowledge in ranch, investment and home buying and selling. Chris also serves on the local water conservation board to help administer water issues in the area.
