She grew up in Manhattan Beach, attended American Martyrs School and Mira Costa High School. She is married and they have a son, Chad (25) and a daughter Carly (27). She is a Real Estate Broker (DRE #00615897) and in 1977, started selling real estate in the South Bay.

She really doesn't think she can count the number of homes, town homes and residential income properties that she has listed or sold in the last 42 years. It has to be a 1,000 or more …. She has the experience to guide you through a smooth sale or help you get your home ready to sell.

She is a BIG believer in buying real estate and she has been fortunate to be able to invest throughout the years - all in Hermosa, Redondo and Manhattan Beach. She has experience with residential investment properties, rent surveys, tax deferred and delayed exchanges, and prop 60 and 90. In fact, according to the local Multiple Listing Service, she has listed and sold more income property than any other Real Estate Broker in the Beach Cities.
