Chris is a member of several industry organizations including the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, the Fort Collins Board of Realtors, and the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors. He is enthusiastic about continually building his real estate knowledge and experience, and is pursuing several professional designations including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Most recently Chris has completed the Certified Distressed Property Expert courses, EcoBroker Certified courses, and has also become a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).

Chris has closed over 450+ transactions exceeding $150+ million since obtaining his real estate license in 2005. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in Internet based real estate technologies and database systems. He has extensive expertise, in depth first-hand knowledge and experience in the local Colorado Real Estate market.

Chris is a native of Fort Collins, Colorado, graduated from Fort Collins High School in 2001 then headed out to Alaska to play hockey with the Fairbanks Ice Dogs, returning to Fort Collins to attend Colorado State University. In 2010-2012 Chris played hockey for the Colorado Eagles alongside his brother AJ Hau. Chris also played hockey while attending college at CSU. Chris is active with many local organization and communities here in Northern Colorado including GroupGives, United Way, FCAHA (Fort Collins Adult Hockey Assoc.), FCPHL (Fort Collins Pond Hockey League), and NCYH (Northern Colorado Youth Hockey). Chris also serves | volunteers on multiple community and association boards. He enjoys life in Northern Colorado with his extended friends, & family.
