Chris McCarthy

Christopher McCarthy was born and raised in Manhattan Beach. He graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2010 where he majored in History and minored in Politics and Government. Chris initially worked in the automotive digital media and digital marketing fields before switching to real estate in 2013. After working as a real estate analyst for a large commercial real estate investment company for a year, he obtained his real estate sales license in 2015, and spent three years gaining experience in industrial real estate with Lee and Associates.
Chris along with his team, the Ensbury Group, joined Lyon Stahl in 2022. He takes an analytical approach to real estate, assessing the financial value of properties under a variety of scenarios and timeframes to determine the best investment opportunities and use. He enjoys finding properties that suit both the functional needs of the client and their long-term financial well-being.
