The first three weeks on the market are critical. New listings get the most notice and activity during this period. The feedback from buyers and local real estate agent will tell us how well we are priced and what improvements we can make.

My Experience
My passion for sales and customer service was born at a very young age. I remember setting up shop in the entryway of my childhood room and selling crafts and other items to my family members. My face would light up when they found something that made them happy. Getting to know people on a deeper level and learning what is most important to them is what sales is all about. This is how I approach my real estate practice.
In 2005, I transitioned into my full-time real estate career with William Raveis Legends Realty Group after spending ten years as the National Director of Promotion for various Major and independent record companies. I quickly learned that my sales, marketing, and customer service experience applies to any industry. The principles and skills don’t change, just the product.
In 2015 Cineflix, the production company for Buying & Selling with The Property Brothers on HGTV hired me to conduct Westchester County real estate market analysis and secure homes for Seasons 3 & 4..
When I’m not working, you can find me DJing special events. Enjoying a delicious meal in one of our amazing restaurants with my family. Foraging at local farmer’s markets. Exploring the great outdoors and helping others.
