Chris offers a warm, easygoing nature, crafted by his Southern roots. He provides unrelenting follow-through, refined by years of consulting experience.

Chris combines his love for all things Charlottesville, passion for helping others, and project management skills to ensure an outstanding customer service experience. During his consulting career, he led many interdisciplinary teams, making him an excellent communicator, which he leverages during real estate transactions. His love for giving his clients actionable data insights began with his college degree in economics.

Outside of real estate, Chris is fortunate to be a dedicated husband and father. He loves watching his two sons explore Charlottesville’s parks, playgrounds, and walking trails. And of course, cheering on his UNC Tar Heels—even among all the Wahoos!
