Chris Wells

Some of Chris’s earliest memories are of his dad’s love of Real Estate. Whether he was showing property, purchasing rental property or renovating homes, his enthusiasm piqued Chris’s interest. Prior to his own Real Estate career, Chris was in sales and management for 15 years before he decided to combine his passion for Real Estate with his natural gift of outstanding customer service.
Communication, dedication, integrity and a focus on client service and satisfaction are what Chris believes are the foundation to his success in over 17 years of Real Estate. His attention to detail paired with honest advice and excellent problem-solving skills make the experience of buying or selling less stressful and even enjoyable. Communication and experienced negotiating skills take the stress out of the process.
Chris truly enjoys getting to know his clients and discovering their needs. Building trust and nurturing these relationships allows him to exceed the expectations of buyers and sellers alike.
