Chris Wheat

Chris has lived in the Brandon/Fish Hawk area since 2004. Prior to moving to Florida, he grew up in Houston, Texas where he met his wife and his two sons where born. Chris worked in upper management for one of the nation’s top companies for almost 25 years before making Real Estate his career of choice. He brings his business skills in negotiation and his ability to work with people to the field of Real Estate.

Chris prides himself in making one of the biggest as well as one of the most stressful transactions, the buying or selling of a home, as smooth as possible. He makes sure that the customer gets what they want and will never make them feel pressured into making a decision that is not 100% what is best for the customer.
