Well, a connection introduced us to Chrissy in February and we closed on a fantastic home at the end of March. What made that possible was Chrissy's focus, resourcefulness, and flexibility. She's a go-getter! Chrissy stands apart from the 'set it and forget it' type of agents who just set up searches and let things coast. She knew we had an aggressive timeline and anxiety about relocating, and she made us feel like her top priority. She made everything smooth and joyful.

One of the things that stood out about working with Chrissy was how quickly she adapted to our feedback. A lot about home buying is getting the feel of a place. We started our home buying process over a year ago and Chrissy stuck with us as we went back and forth on what we wanted and when to buy. She was so in intuitive and able to read our personalities, likes and dislikes so that she could provide options and ideas that fit our needs and preferences. I think the biggest difference between Chrissy and the other realtor's we have worked with is her consistency and genuine heart for helping her clients. She first sold us our house back in 2018, and I have no doubt that we would not have got that home without her. Period. But over the next few years as we renovated that home she would always stop by or text to check in. If a house in that neighborhood went up for sale she would go by and check it out just so she would have an idea of the value of our home.
In 2022 my husband had a super quick turnaround for a new job and we needed to sell this house quickly. Because of her consistency she was already on it, and it was a little under 4 weeks from start to final sale with money in the bank, with an offer above asking price.
She works for you, simple as that. She's now a close friend and I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
