I'm currently helping home sellers and home buyers with their REAL ESTATE and MORTGAGE needs, but I'm also well experienced with SHORT SALES, FORECLOSURES, and LOAN MODIFICATIONS.
CUSTOMER SERVICE is my priority and I work hard to guide my clients every step of the way. Real Estate and Mortgage transactions tend to generate stress to our clients, so I make it my priority to provide them with a smooth transaction and a successful closing.
I help SELLERS with their goals of making the most amount of money during the sales process. I do this by analyzing their situation to provide them with personalized options, but the main goal is to ultimately help them prepare their home to be one of the best looking on the market. By doing this, we are able to attract multiple strong buyers that are willing to bring a competitive offer.
I also enjoy guiding BUYERS every step of the way when purchasing their home. My goal for them is to make the process easy to understand and to negotiate a great price and terms. It is a wonderful feeling to be part of one of their most important dreams, their American Dream of home ownership.
During the last economic recession of 2008 I helped many clients save their homes through a Loan Modification. I ensured a fair and honest re-negotiation of their mortgage loans with terms they would be able to afford financially. As a result of this, many of those clients stayed very happy in their homes with very affordable mortgage payments. Other clients were able to sell through a Short Sale to start anew and were able to later become homeowners after following my recommendations.
I truly love my career and one of the main reasons is because I'm able to serve my clients honestly and ethically to ultimately be able to negotiate the best deal based on their unique financial circumstances.
