Christine Raphaelian

Christine is a Los Angeles native with a mindset of creativity and client-first approach. What sets her apart is her positive, charismatic, witty spirit, and ability to take on any circumstance when it comes to a real estate transaction. Prior to beginning her real estate career, Christine was in the legal realm, working alongside rainmakers in the industry. Throughout those years, she leaned into taking away knowledge and negotiation tactics which is one of the reasons why she has become a successful agent in real estate. Christine’s approach with client’s is unique, bringing comfort and peace of mind with every person she comes across. She makes friends with all of her clients and builds long lasting relationships. She is a breeze to work with and has a human-to-human approach, not treating her real estate career as a transactional approach. She has naturally curated a trusted circle of people who come to her for advice and through her relationship building has become a very resourceful agent.

Christine is a child of immigrant parents, her father’s side escaping the adversities of Lebanon in the 70’s and her mother’s side escaping war to arrive in Greece. Outside of real estate, she spends most of her time with her family whom she absolutely loves and adores. She is a mother of a stellar basketball star venturing his way to play college basketball. She has spent most of her youth dedicating her life to his success. Fun fact: She played basketball in high school and college.

Christine is known for her philosophical approach to life, always being in the question & remaining a student. Through this mentality, she has a continued success rate in real estate. She is results-driven, and her perspective on life leads her to simply get the job done!
