I could not have asked for a better partner in finding my first house. Chris took the time to listen and was able to quickly identify what I was looking for in a home. Chris is an honest, hard working, respectful, and decent person. This makes him shine as a realtor. He's well-versed with real estate and has knowledge to backup his expertise.

My wife and I have both purchased and sold houses with Chris's help and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris. If you have any real estate needs, stop looking and give Chris a call! You will not be disappointed.

With our buying experience, he made the process comfortable and we felt supported. He advocated honestly and frankly on our behalf. He would always answer the phone and be prompt whenever we needed to get in touch. He helped us understand what we needed and what was reasonable when buying. The process was smooth with no issues. A great experience.

Our selling experience was a little bumpy for reasons outside of Chris's control. Fortunately, Chris was able to smooth over issues and resolve last-minute problems without a sweat. He was able talk us through how to resolve issues and generously provided assistance. If it wasn't for Chris, I'm not sure I would have it made to the finish line.

Overall, I can't recommend Chris more. Give him a call!

As first time home buyers we really appreciated all the tips and tricks that Chris shared with us. We never felt pressured to see any house we didn’t want to and he really made the process as least stressful as possible all things considered. He was super responsive and would always answer any questions we had anytime day or night.
