Chris and his team were wonderful to work with. He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had along the way. We wanted to buy a rental house and wanted to make sure we were using a realtor who knew the rental market. While Chris could have made a larger commission by allowing us to buy a more expensive house, he steered us in the direction of better price and better rental. He knows the market, he knows the properties, he knows the different areas, and he knows the people to bring in to help get everything closed in the timeframe given. We will be using him in the future and we have recommended him to our friends and family who are considering purchasing real estate in the Kissimmee/Reunion area as well.

I like so many sold my house without having a new home to go to. After contracting to by a home from a national builder I decided not to follow through with waiting for the construction. I searched the many sites and found a home I though would work for me. I answered the ad and Chris called me within ten minutes and arranged for me to see the house. He met me there and we spoke as to what I was looking for since that home was not going to work for me. The next morning Chris sent me a number of prospects and I choose to tour one home. I was touring the home that same day and decided to buy it.

Chris and his team took care of the details. When a problem or a question came up I presented it to Chris and it was answered or resolved. I found Chris easy to work with and very responsive. You would not be disappointed dealing with him.

We were in the market for a vacation home in Florida. We live in Oregon. We requested to contact by an agent and Chris reached out to within 5 minutes. I work in mortgage lending and have dealt with hundred of agents…Chris is the best one I seen. We worked remotely at first but his willingness to show us any house we want to see virtually..ANYTIME, he made best effort to meet our needs. He is very professional and never push you to make any decision. He offered advices and provided true knowledge of the area and guide you to make a decision. We not only closed on 1 house, but we ended up bought 2 houses within a month. We made 2 offers, secured both houses. It wouldn’t happen if it wasn’t for Chris’s relentless works. We cant say enough of how appreciative we are to have an agent like Chris. He went beyond his duties to stop on our new house to put away tons of boxes that we ordered online to the house, we are not there yet so Chris stopped by to securely put them away for us. Our first contact with Chris was exactly a month and 5 days ago and we just happen to close a property just 2 days ago. My wife and I had floated the idea of buying a vacation property in Fl after coming back from a one week vacation in Orlando ealy September.
We looked at a property in Zillow and we were connected with Chris's wife, Andrea. She was to show us a property but there was a conflicting schedule so she asked Chris to take her place. He was kind enough to zoom the property for us, he was in Orlando and we were in Ottawa , Canada.

We both agreed that this was not the place. Chris then sent us a several options and continued our conversation. We then found one property based on Chris' recommendations that really caught our eye.

At that time, Chris's work was amazing , the level of responsiveness was A++++, the level of support from his back office was superb. This was our first experience buying a property in the US through the Internet and he helped us throughout the process until closing date.

Been a Covid year, when we all are working remotely, we, in our 50's can now officially become snowbird.

Imagine the joy of been able to work remotely in Central Florida, one hour away from Clearwater while it's frigid cold in Ottawa. This by far was a great buy.

Chris Gabriel helped us made this happen. His back office was amazing and all his network made this possible.

I rate CHris and his team A++++++++++++ and if ever someone is thinking about buying a second home, do not hesitate to try him out. You will be impressed. He will walk with you even if you are not physically present.
