Who would have ever thought that a chance meeting through selling a dog crate on market place wound lead to the sale of our home and a purchase of a new home. A new friend in our lives (of my wife and mine) and so much more. Christopher Pilotte is so much more than an amazing realtor! Chris, is professional, forthcoming, and has his clients best interest at heart. He is tenacious and extremely knowledgeable. He is always reachable and very likable.

Chris secured us a significant amount over our asking price and found us two incredible offers. Closing was a breeze. We were nervous to close this 14 year chapter of our lives and 25 years of owning a home, but Chris gave us encouragement, positive reinforcement and told us everything will work out.

Upon meeting Chris my wife and I knew he was our realtor. He was infectious. His appetite for the business, knowledge and straightforward approach was refreshing. Chris made all the time in the world for us. He gave us staging advice, even offered to help us move and took us around to all the houses we desired. Chris goes so far beyond the role of a “traditional “ Realtor.

Unfortunately, at the time the market was scarce and we ended up in rental. Chris negotiated with the management company, took care of business and got us into a great
rental.

In the meantime Chris continued to send us properties and we ended up making an offer on a home three days after moving. He found a perfect home for us to downsize, we closed in a month at under asking price. If you want the absolute best in the business, hire Chris Pilotte with Keller Williams Mainline!
