I met with Chris and discussed selling a home in Riverbank. I felt confident he would hit a home run. Leading up to listing the home he advised and helped facilitate some remodeling. Chris was always available day or night and was reliable to get things done. During the escrow process he negotiated and gained an additional $9000.00 on the sales price and then later negotiated away over $7000 in repairs gaining myself over $16,000.00. We were referred to Chris by another agent, with multiple previous failures with other agents in Reno, we decided to hired him. He listened to us and was very attentive to our desires and goals. Upon hiring him what we found was he delivered a high touch service and went way over and beyond. Our testimonial is simple. We met Chris Raynor through our children during a basketball meeting at school. We mentioned to him that we would someday need him as our real estate agent when the time came to relocate my mother from CA, to NV. As the months passed, we watched him closely and followed his business, what we saw was his success of buying and selling homes in Nevada and California. When the time came, he met with us, strategized a plan and walk us through the process.

Chris was able to market her home in a way to generate a lot of traffic the first week and it sold in 2 days with multiple offers. Through this process he negotiated for us that resulted in thousands of dollars over the list price and also negotiated away even more for costs the buyers wanted paid by us.
