A good friend recommended Chris to me in 2011 when I was looking for a new home. I was a first time home buyer and needed a lot of guidance. I found Chris to be very knowledgeable about the home buying process. He answered all of my questions and gave me good sound advise. Chris was able to find a house in my budget that met all of the items on my wish list! He is easy to work with, and prompt in replying to emails and phone calls. I have heard so many horror stories about the closing process so I was a little nervous. The closing went very smoothly. I would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a realtor.

Christopher Row was recommended to me by the lender. I am a first time home buyer so I went with it. I am happy I did. The the process of buying a home was not as scary as everyone made it out to be. Chris was, no pressure kind of sales person and very informative. I never felt like I was lost in the process. He explained everything, even what was going to happen after his part was done. If I had a question, I felt comfortable asking him and felt like I could trust his answer. I love my new home, and when I am ready to move again, I hope he will be around to work with again.

Mr. Roe is an awesome agent. I was looking for a larger home for my family. Not only did Mr. Roe show me homes listed to his company, but he showed me multiple listings from multiple agencies. He listened to all of my concerns, addressed them, and found properties that reflected my needs. He was honest, quick, always easy to reach, and even explained what to expect. We are definitely happy with his efforts, and would use him in the future if necessary.
