Christopher Ulloa

A native of New York, Christopher Ulloa moved to Miami in 2014. He has over a decade of experience in residential real estate sales, though his introduction to the industry began much earlier since his late mother also was an associate for ONE Sotheby’s in Miami. Other than learning the business inside and out from her, he came to understand and emulate her long-term vision, deep commitment and genuine love for the field and its people.

The experience also gave him a great advantage in having a keen knowledge of Miami’s many neighborhoods and developments. He specializes in preconstruction, condominiums and multi-family residences but also represents buyers and sellers for single-family homes.

Christopher received a joint degree in economics and international business from The City University of New York, where he was an infielder for the school’s baseball team. He continues to play sports, especially soccer, a passion since childhood. As a first-generation American born to Ecuadorian parents who is fluent in Spanish, Christopher feels right at home in his incredibly diverse and international adopted city.
