About Cindy

Cindy Buckreus knows that REALTORS® get out what they put into their business, and that is exactly why she chose the profession. “I want a career where I am my own destiny,” says Cindy. In fact, Cindy counts all of her clients as friends. She doesn’t believe in disappearing after a sale. “Buying a house is a momentous decision and I always get emotionally involved because I am a people person,” remarks Cindy. While some REALTORS® just believe in the bottom line, Cindy is all about building relationships. “For me there’s no other way to do this business than to be available to them 24 hours a day, as a friend and a professional, to be unsatisfied until they find what they are truly looking for.”

As a former nurse, Cindy compares the experience of buying and selling the family home to having a baby. “Both are very emotional, life-changing times, and each family’s story is different,” observes Cindy. “I value my clients’ experience.” This level of dedication pays off. Cindy’s desk overflows with thank you letters, dinner invitations, and messages from grateful clients who will recommend Cindy at the drop of a hat. “You’re at the top of the list when someone needs a wonderful REALTOR®,” writes John and Suzanne Coleman. “Moving was an emotional experience, and Cindy was always there for us,” notes another couple who were impressed. “Cindy ALWAYS returned calls promptly.”

Cindy backs her hard work and emotional commitment with professional skills. She utilizes computers for searches, then tries to preview every property. “I don’t want to waste a client’s time, so I only show them houses they can get excited about,” says Cindy.

Born and raised in Dayton, Cindy knows the neighborhoods. A dedicated mother of four and a grandmother of eight, Cindy devotes her personal time to her family and values the time spent at home with them most of all.
