I was very pleased to have Cindy as my selling agent! Talking with her smooth and easy, but not to be confused as being a pushover when negotiating with buyers trying to send in low ball offers. When we were looking for a home over 14 years ago and being new to the area, it helped having Cindy to help guide us with one of the most important decisions we've made. We went through many houses in several different cities and wrote a few offers. Through it all, Cindy walked us through everything and always with a positive outlook and a smile on her face. Cindy became a great friend and has been there to celebrate with us in our ups and our downs. Now almost 15 years later, she just helped us get our house ready to sell and were able to sell it for more than what we thought! We first met Cindy when we went into a home that was holding an Open House and she was the realtor. We struck up a conversation with her as we toured, telling her why we were looking and where we were interested in living. We were looking for a retirement home in Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We left that chance encounter but remembered Cindy. A few days later we contacted her and asked her to be our buying agent as we searched. It took us three months of searching to find our home, during which time Cindy was patient, thorough and always had homes for us to see every weekend. The home we chose turned out to be a newly declared short sale, but Cindy assured us she could help us navigate that process. The process got dragged out when the original lender was sold to a new bank and the process had to be restarted, but throughout the time we waited Cindy kept us informed of every change in status. In the three years since then we have sent friends and family to Cindy whenever they mention that they are thinking of moving. Cindy found homes for them all and she has remained friends with every one of them, as she is for us. Cindy is professional, personable and talented. She knows her business and knows her area. She gets to know her customers so that she can find that perfect home for them. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a home in Northern Virginia or the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
