Clayton Primm

Clayton Primm is a real estate specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Denver office, focusing on multifamily investments. He assists his clients in the analysis, disposition, and acquisition of investment properties throughout the Front Range of Colorado and is a Director in the firm's National Multi Housing Group.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2008, Clayton has closed over 220 investment real estate transactions valued at over $365 million. Clayton, exclusively representing both buyers and sellers, optimizes an effective, nationwide marketing platform and an extensive knowledge of the multifamily market in the Front Range to ensure that his clients grow and maintain their investment property portfolio. He does this while maintaining an exceptional level of client support, as evidenced by his numerous loyal, longtime clients.

Originally from Tennessee, Clayton earned a degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Colorado - Boulder in 2006.
