I'm so glad that my friend recommended Cody to us. He was amazing and made sure we were taken care of during the whole process of selling our home. He always kept us in the loop and made sure to answer any questions that we had. He went way above and beyond what a realtor needed to do, and made sure to take as much stress off of us as possible. Fantastic! Cody sold our home very quickly, for top dollar, and kept us informed the whole time we were under contract. He even moved up closing so we wouldn’t have to make another mortgage payment.
When we sell again we will definitely call Cody.

Professional and personable!! Cody took care of everything! We never felt pressured or persuaded. He took his time with us, explained everything about the sale of our home and what to expect along the way. He even offered to help us with some painting that needed to be done! Cody came highly recommended from a family friend and we're so happy he was there to help us!

I'm sure when we first met Cody we may have worried him when we told him our budget (which is tight for Denver standards.) In spite of the task feeling impossible Cody worked very hard to help us find our home in Brighton. He was very patient as we debated properties and was always fun to be around. Specifically I worked with Cody Notch over there. Even though this guy is a Denver native, I was still surprised by how well he knew every neighborhood in the city. I don't think I ever saw him even need to use a map. He used his contacts to find us a solid lender and his charm to get us a better price. Pretty solid work.
