My wife and I were looking for our dream cabin for a few months this summer. We came across one we absolutely fell in love with and with CC's help we were under contract in just 1 day:) We had alot of bumps in the road to making this dream of our come true but CC was there for us every step of the way. We ask a question she got the answer fast to be our minds at rest. She even went the exact mile for us as we are so busy she made alot of calls for us to inspectors to get our them on schedule and to stay in touch at all times. If your ever looking for a home or vacation home to purchase. In an insane housing market, CC was the best support we could have asked for in a realtor. She was extremely responsive and worked hard to craft strong offers so that we would be in top contention. CC is by far the BEST realtor we've ever had the privilege of working with. She went above and beyond to get our home listed to sell and after being on the market for less than four days, we were brought a full priced offer with no concessions. Our closing date was expedited over a week before we were originally scheduled to close. CC made sure all of our questions were answered in a timely manner and she almost instantly made us feel like family!
