A lifetime resident of the San Fernando Valley, Colleen knows her community. You may say that Colleen is the quintessential "valley girl" spending her childhood in the west valley, living over 20 years of her adult life in the east valley, and now enjoying family life with her husband, daughters Sofia and Jiya, and son Ezra in Calabasas. Highly respected and known for her attention to detail and strong work ethic, Colleen became the top negotiator of vendor programs running the Marketing and Purchasing Departments for her family's Paint Sundries business after receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Marketing.

Colleen began applying her career in real estate in 2000 by taking her construction product knowledge and renovating her own home. She continued her interest in the rehab process and began to purchase homes, renovate, then sell for profit. Through her success, Colleen found a talent for recognizing the hidden potential of properties in Los Angeles. Colleen decided she wanted to share this knowledge with future homeowners.
