Growing up and living over 35 years in the San Fernando Valley, Colleen Martin knows her community. You may say that Colleen is the quintessential “valley girl”. Spending her childhood in the west valley and living her adult life in the east valley, she’s been around. Colleen began her marketing career in the Paint Sundries industry. Highly respected and known for her attention to detail and strong work ethic, Colleen became the top negotiator of vendor programs and pricing as the Director of Marketing for over 8,000 home improvement products.
Colleen began applying her strong desire for real estate by taking her product knowledge and renovating her own home. She continued her interest in the rehab process and began to purchase homes, renovate and/or expand, and then sell her homes for profit. She began to realize that she had a talent for recognizing the potential of properties in and around Los Angeles. Colleen decided she wanted to share this knowledge with future home owners. She decided that with her professional attitude, people skills, strong business sense, attention to detail, and passion for success, she could help her clients achieve their dreams.
Colleen believes in the philosophy that the client comes first. Now matter whether you are a first time home buyer or selling a multimillion dollar home. She believes that it is the relationship and the communication with the client that is valued above all else.
