As the Chief Design officer of DRU Design(TM), Consuela has been beautifying and creating value for DRU and her investor clients with stunning and innovative design focusing on bottom line returns always with a positive attitude and passion for the project.
Consuela’s knowledge of local Los Angeles markets is beyond extensive with a focus on neighborhoods on the Westside, Venice, Marina Del Rey, Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, the Valley, Los Feliz and more. As President of DRU Estates Division, Consuela provides years of knowledge as an investor to guide clients in purchasing the right properties and investments always thinking about the client's best interests and negotiating the best deal. Consuela's knowledge of real estate design and development allows for her clients to be at ease when using her to renovate their properties with an all-in-one design/build solution.
Consuela has spearheaded the single-family flipping division since 2010 with her business partner, Scott Chaplan, and honed her investment analysis and design skills running the investment division of the business focusing on value-add opportunities throughout all of Los Angeles and Texas markets. With her great eye for reimaging spaces, design style, and local knowledge expertise, Consuela is an invaluable asset to her clients and team. Her attention to detail and workhorse mentality are second to none. Consuela always protects her client’s best interests while always keeping the deal moving forward ensuring a smooth transition. Consuela is integral in all aspects of DRU’s business from sourcing opportunities and capital to investment analysis, fund management and the representation of both buyers and sellers in all thing’s real estate.
