Corey is awesome at what he does! He took the time to listen to my concerns and my wants. Being a young, first time homebuyer, Corey made sure I was equipped with all of the knowledge and tips I needed to make the best decision in purchasing my first home! He has connections with mortgage lenders and appraisers and contractors, so this process was super easy and stress-less! SIX stars. My forever realtor!

I cannot say enough good things about Corey Deyamport. He contacted me on Facebook when I was in search of a Realtor, now normally I do not respond to someone contacting me on Facebook about something as important as buying a house but, something told me to this one time so I did I took a chance on him!!! Best decision I ever made!! He was so patient with me and by my side every scary step of the way and I will say also TODAY not only is Corey my realtor but he is now my FAMILY!! So you definitely can’t go wrong by choosing him THAT I CAN PROMISE YOU!!!

When choosing a real estate agent to represent you on in one of the largest single transactions you’ll ever make be it your personal home it’s imperative to make sure the agent has got those real life experiences of not just showing you where to sign on the contract but showcase and your concerns in the home that could impede the financing. Cory is that agent he has years of experience to understand when a client is about to sign on the dotted line especially when they use a mortgage financing what could potentially impede the mortgage process and address those concerns up front makes the process smoother not only for the customer but for all parties involved but especially the lender. I specialize in renovation mortgages and that’s one of the first questions I asked when someone’s buying a home is what’s wrong with it opposed to what’s right with. Corey has been very responsive and keep me up-to-date.
