Courtney Lingle

A third-generation Beach Cities native, Courtney brings integrity, professionalism, and a local’s expertise to the South Bay market.

Hailing from a real estate family that owned several multi-family properties in the South Bay, Courtney realized her passion for real estate at an early age and found herself enamored of the buying and selling process. After selling her service-oriented business in Manhattan Beach, she jumped into real estate with both feet, going on to become a top-producing realtor and back-to-back All-Star award recipient for 2019 and 2020 for the Agency Beach Cities. Having closed over $30m so far in 2021, she has already surpassed her award-winning sales performance and looks forward to working with buyers and sellers in the South Bay, Palos Verdes and beyond at The Agency.

Courtney attended Marymount College and San Diego State where she studied marketing. A mother of five, when she is not traversing the Beach Cities in search of the perfect property for a client, you can find her spending time on the beach with her kids, running marathons, coaching soccer and playing tennis. She is a member of Giveback Homes and co-founder of the local non-profit, South Bay Cares.
