About Craig

Craig Hoover is a Colorado native and grew up in, what is now, the Denver Tech Center. Craig’s background and education has laid the foundation for his phenomenally successful real estate career.

He attended Colorado State for a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and later went on to the University of Colorado graduate program to earn an MBA and Master of Finance degree.

Craig has always had a passion for real estate and helping others obtain their dreams. He began his real estate career specializing in hotel sales in Colorado and the surrounding states where he structured and negotiated multi-million-dollar real estate transactions.

In 2017, Craig joined Metro Brokers List 1995 to more fully realize his purpose of helping others fulfill their life dreams. He was attracted to the unique flat-fee model that brings extra value to his clients and is an added benefit that separates him from all other real estate agents. After joining List 1995, he quickly rose to be in the top 2% producing residential agents of more than 20,000 in Colorado.
