We would never dream of using another agent. Crystal is a seasoned professional that knows everything about contracts and the technical side of real estate. She is well versed on the denver and surrounding area neighborhoods. She is excellent at negotiating with other agents and making sure the deal goes through smoothly. We love Crystal. Now we can invite her over for cocktails on our rooftop deck of our awesome new home.

Fantastic Agent!

Crystal has represented us in two purchases and one sale.

As a buyer's agent she gave us space and time to make our own decision. She advocated for us after inspection when unprecedented rain and hail damaged the property. She was proactive with scheduling additional inspections, recommending contractors, renegotiating the contract, and offering fixes.

As a seller's agent she helped us present our property in its best light with stellar photos (interior, exterior, drone, night) and a video tour. During showings and negotiations she kept us calm and offered valuable guidance.

Crystal changed my mind on the value of real estate agents. I would highly recommend her services.
