Crystal Schmidt

I’m a Midwesterner
through and through. The reputation of warmth and friendliness that the Midwest
is known for is a staple of my professional attitude in real estate. The more
you feel at home working with me and settling into your new community, the better.

A main focus of mine in life is community
building. I was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI and spent time living in
Minneapolis, MN, Chicago, IL, and Providence, RI before relocating to Northwest
Arkansas in 2023. My firsthand experience with planting my roots in different
cities and new neighborhoods has provided me with the insight that my clients
seek not only when buying their homes, but also when marketing their homes for
sale.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my
fiancé and spending evenings on the couch with the cats while binging our
favorite TV shows and movies. I love attending concerts, sporting events, and
have loved professional wrestling since I was a little kid. I'm currently
serving Northwest Arkansas as the Club Coordinator for USL Arkansas, the
professional soccer organization bringing women's and men's pro soccer to NWA
in 2026. Other hobbies of mine include food (cooking, baking, and eating!),
coffee, designing cross-stitches, toy collecting, cycling, weightlifting, and
podcasting.
