Curt Reichstetter

Curt and Heather Reichstetter are the Broker/Owners of Two Dog Realty. Curt has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years and has an extensive involvement in both the local and state associations as well as the National Association of Realtors. Currently serving as the 2025 President Elect at VAR, he was the President of RAR in 2019. Curt has served on multiple committees, including but not limited to the Legislative Committee as well as being an RPAC Trustee. Curt began his real estate career selling new homes, but with the market turn in the early 2000’s he pivoted to learning resales, and foreclosures as well as commercial real estate. Heather joined Curt in 2016 and has since gained some credentials of her own. Having earned her ABR, SRS, CRB, SRES and MRP, she also attended the 2019 class of the Leadership Development Academy. She currently serves on multiple committees at both the local and state level associations. After working at both large and boutique size real estate firms, Curt and Heather opened their own brokerage in 2023 and named it after their Golden Retrievers, calling it Two Dog Realty. Other than being passionate about real estate, Curt serves on the Board for both Reach Cycles, which provides special needs children with adaptive bikes, and FORK-9 which helps support retired police dogs. In her spare time Heather is a Certified Reiki Practitioner as well as a Certified Animal Reiki Practitioner. Together, Curt and Heather enjoy traveling, hiking, exploring Virginia and playing with their two dogs, George and Phoebe.
