I have been in Real estate and working for RE/MAX Professionals Denver for 20 years. I do love my profession and enjoy helping my clients with their real estate transactions. A successful transaction is always important but my true PASSION for my job comes from helping Buyers and Sellers with their Dreams and Goals in relationship to their lives. Helping my Buyers to find the perfect home that match their VISION for their families is a privilege. Location, Schools and Community become key when looking for that home and in that department, I am the expert. I am always guiding them through the steps of the transaction and answering questions and concerns along the way. Consulting them on their future growth in value and projected equity for their new home provides added value and helps them to make the right decision on their Real Estate Purchase.
Sellers needs may include,helping them to transition out of a home they have loved to perhaps a new Location, Lifestyle or Job opportunity. Getting them TOP dollar for their home is always my goal, finding a home that replaces the one they loved is an honor.
I am fortunate to have the position of Managing Broker for our RE/MAX Professionals Denver office in the heart of Cherry Creek North. Along with helping Buyers and Sellers, I also get the opportunity to advise our agents on their transactions if need be. This helps to feed the "teacher" part of me that loves to share and inspire others!
