She is honest and reliable agent, offer all the information we need and provide market update status. When we sold our house at lakeway in 2011, she even come to help clean the house. This year we purchase a new house and she help contact all handy men which including garage company, painting company, plumbing company, carpet company, and those company did a great jobs. Cynthia is the most efficient, communicative, hardest working and honest realtor I have ever seen! Just before the closing day, a large hailstorm hit our home causing extensive damage and last minute complications on repair cost, deductibles, and on and on. Without Cynthia, we would have had a hard time getting through this and certainly would not have arrived at such a favorable outcome on the sale or with the insurance company. Cynthia has both sold a home for us, found a rental home, and also located the perfect new home we bought. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market. When we first tried to sell our home, another agent had it on the market for a few months. Cynthia took over the listing and we sold very quickly without dramatic reductions in price etc. She then located the rental home, which was perfect for my family. A few years later we found a home and put in an offer sight unseen based on her expertise in the area, we knew it would be perfect. We closed the sale on the home and she was able to recommend a team of people to assist us in the remodel, and it could not have gone more smooth ! The home is wonderful ! She does a wonderful job of getting to know her clients and what they need in a new home and this is extremely helpful in targeting the right homes so we are not wasting time, but seeing exactly what we want. We relocated from Austin to NY and left very quickly. Cynthia Carlisle was our Realtor and we were anxious because we were leaving the home we had built and loved in her hands. She had to handle cleaning, staging and marketing the house and even sprucing up the yard. Cynthia did all that and more. She noticed that those most interested in purchasing the house were coming in with low offers and she decided to raise the price on the house, her change was creative and not the normal move to keep dropping the price.
