Cynthia is amazing! Purchasing a house in this current Miami market wasn’t even a possibility for my husband and I. Or so we thought. We were originally going to get into another rental, which is just as outrageously priced now for what we needed for our family of 4. I inquired with Cynthia about a rental property and she helped me realize that we could totally buy a house right now and that she would help us and guide us the whole way. She new of a program that would help us and got me connected with someone in finance who has worked with the program before, almost immediately. We were on a very tight time crunch because we needed to be out of our current rental in less than 2 months when the house search began. Cynthia was confident we would find a house and that made me confident too. When we found the house we wanted, that’s when I really saw how truly amazing Cynthia was. She immediately got us moving through all the steps and accelerated every process so that we could close before we had to move out of our rental. We made an offer and closed in LESS THAN 30 days!!!! I couldn’t believe it and it was all because of her. With Cynthia it’s like family. She fights for you and pushes for you and keeps you informed every step of the way. My husband and I closed on our first house, something we never thought would be possible now and it’s all because of Cynthia. She’s a diamond! And we will forever be grateful to her. ❤️

Out of all the Realtors I met with when I was looking to list my house for sale, Cynthia was the only one I felt comfortable with and trusted without a single doubt. Cynthia was the only one who cared about my childhood home and made sure it went to the right family.

Cynthia has been beyond helpful for myself and my family. We have been having such a hard time with getting our application process completed with an HOA and she has gone above and beyond to try to get them to help with us getting moved in. Her communication is more than what I could have asked for. While we are still waiting, it is not from a lack of trying on her part. She has been communicating frequently, however the community not so much. Their responses has been overly vague. If I wasn't in my particular predicament I would have chosen another location. I am thankful she has never given up and is still advocating for us. I hope to soon have a home. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for someone who is kind, strong willed and who will fight for you.

Cynthia went above and beyond the call of duty when helping me and my daughter find a short term place to live while she is in Florida (and we are not), even asking other friends and family for assistance in our unique situation. She provided translation for us with a potential landlord for a short term lease and followed up via text and calls. We ended up going a different direction, but it was due to changes on needs and schedules on our end. Needed a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and didn’t want to spend too much money. Our budget was between 1400 and 1700 on the high end for either a big 2 bedroom or a 3 bedroom and we wanted to be in a particular area. It was nearly impossible to find what we were looking for so fast and Cynthia did not stop until she found the perfect apartment/house for us. She spoke to someone who was selling their house and gave them the option of renting it to us right away and convinced them
That we’d be the perfect tenants. Our search was over the minute she called us and showed us the perfect place for us. I Highly recommend Cynthia even if you think you can do the whole process by yourself like me. Anyone can look at listings on the MLS but Cynthia really went out of her way to narrow down our search and reached out to her contacts to get us what we wanted. Thank you for helping us at such a difficult time in our lives
