Dan Isaka

As the recipient of the Top Team Agent award for 2020, Dan Isaka brings a level of enthusiasm, compassion, and dedication to the industry that is difficult to match. He makes understanding his clients’ needs a top priority. Moreover, he takes his responsibility to help them succeed in a competitive market seriously. Despite numerous additional accolades — including recognition within the Leading 100 by LuxeSF and the HomeSnap Top Agent award — his clients’ success stories and satisfaction are his primary business motivators.

Born in San Francisco and raised in the South Bay, Dan initially pursued a degree in computer engineering at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He soon realized that sitting in front of a computer all day wasn’t for him, so he branched out into sales. He worked for over a decade as a district sales manager throughout the western U.S. and Canada.

A long-term interest in real estate sparked a career shift in 2018, at which time he started working in residential sales. In his role as a real estate agent, he leverages his sales skills as well as his expertise in conflict management, communication, and negotiations. Even more importantly, he makes it his mission to establish rapport and trust with his clients to help them achieve their goals.

Dan currently resides in Almaden Valley. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and children who serve as the driving force behind his successful real estate career. In addition to playing with his kids, he enjoys rock climbing, woodworking, and camping.
