Dan allowed us the oppertunity to shop for a residence at our own pace. We gave him the criteria of what our desires were in a house and he gave us automatic email updates. He was very patient and never pressured us. When we found what we were looking for he responded very quickly. His knowledge and expert partners allowed us to close the deal. He worked well with our bank and the listing agent.

My husband and I just relocated to Idaho from California. I have been a licensed real estate broker in CA since 1999 and consider myself to be a relocation specialist. I have assisted many people in the relocation process, but I've never been through the process myself until now! Dan was recommended to us, and I have to say that I am skeptical about working with realtors I don't know, because I know all the things that can go wrong when realtors don't do their jobs right. Dan has been amazing to work with! He is professional, honest, ethical, smart, and made this move a great experience. The realtor who represented the buyers of our home in CA was none of the above and made the CA end of our move a nightmare, but the Idaho end couldn't have gone smoother, and Dan was able to jump in and make adjustments in our transaction when our escrow didn't close on time for the sale of our CA home. He knows his contracts and explained everything to us every step of the way rather than just shoving papers at us and asking us to Sign here. We were not able to be in Idaho for our inspection, and that would normally be a big deal for me as I am a very detail oriented person, but I felt totally confident in having Dan be at our inspection and take us on a tour of our new home and all of it's systems after we moved in. He has such great background and experience in all of the details of how a home works and how to maintain its' various systems. He has been a wonderful guide for us in learning how to take care of a home here. I've never owned a home with a crawlspace rather than a cement slab, I've never lived anywhere that gets snow, and I don't know the nuances of taking care of a home in this climate or in this local (example: we tap into canal water here to water our yard). Dan has walked us through everything and I'm grateful he is just a phone call away. We had total peace of mind in making this big move thanks to Dan! We love our new home and couldn't be happier with our experience with Dan. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home in the Boise area. Thanks Dan!

My spouse and I have known Dan for many years. Over that time, he has been a great sounding board and adviser. He has demonstrated extreme patience in our various explorations of locating potential rentals, and subsequently our relocation to a retirement home. We were refered to Dan by family, and ever so glad we were. He truly helped us make the home buying process be the best it could be. He only showed us houses that met our qualifications, and even though we wanted a fixer upper, he knew as first time home buyers that they are a lot of work, and showed us the potential projects that could also arise. His knowledge of the area really helped us wwith deciding where we didn't want to be and what would help us in the future if we ended up wanting to sell our house. We found our gem about a month after starting and he set us up with full knowledge of what to expect falling for a short sell house. It took a long 4 months after the offer was placed to get our approval and 3 weeks to make the house actually ours but Dan never gave us false expectations, helped us whenever we had questions, and even set better expectations with our final costs than our lender. His 20 years of experience really shows through, and makes the difference. We pass his name everytime our friends or family are looking for a house, and we will always use Dan if/when another house is needed.

My wife and I were referred to Dan by family, and we're glad they did. He was great at organizing houses to look at that fit our criteria, and when going through them all he pointed out any positives and negatives about the properties - not just the obvious cosmetic stuff, but pointed out little things that were signs of larger potential problems. His experience as a property manager himself, his own professional and personal experiences with working on homes, and the 100's of inspections he's been along with have made him invaluable to look at a home with. I appreciated he's not a suit/tie kind of guy, he wasn't hesitating to hop into a crawlspace or climb on stuff to check for potential expensive fixes that would normally only be discovered on an inspection. He made all the legalize make sense when it came to the paperwork, did everything with us every step of the way, it was a wonderful experience that was easy and fun! We've already recommended him to other family moving to the area and Dan quickly found them a house too! I will continue to recommend Dan to anyone who wants a down-to-earth Realtor, who's more than just a guide through the paperwork!

Dan notices things about homes that most do not. Dan can point out things that are right or wrong with a structure. Dan is vested in getting me the best home for the Money. Dan touched base with me through the entire process making sure I understood where we were at in the purchase of my home. I believe that Dan Rowe operates with full integrity that many have lost over the years. When My children are in a position to bye a Home I will push them to use Dan Rowe. Dan's Knowledge of the valley and homes in the Valley was amazing.
