Served 4 years in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman attached to the Marine Corps during the Vietnam Era.

Seventy-five percent of his business is repeat and referral clients, and what's exciting is that he also has several second-generation clients, and one family for whom he is working with the third generation. There are several clients that he has worked for who are brokers themselves. So, he is a Brokers- broker.

He does everything, single family homes, multi- units, apartment buildings, commercial, business opportunities, short sales, probates, and property management of rentals.

Dan has devoted his life to service through leadership - in his profession and in his community. He is honored, excited and humbled to be nominated and voted in as President-elect for 2018 and installed in Jan. 2019 as President for the association and be the first male Hispanic to be installed as President in over one hundred years. He also served as a board of director for C.A.R. (California Association of Realtors) for the state of California and N.A.R. Director for over 15 years.
