How Can I help? I help buyers and sellers through a transitional time, getting them to their next goal. I help sellers by researching local market trends and pricing, helping to position the home for the best possible sale, negotiate the contract in your best interest and coordinate with the buyer's agent, lawyers, and mortgage consultant getting you to closing smoothly and quickly. When working with buyers, we first sit down for a short appointment so I can better understand your needs in a home. As new homes come on the market I schedule appointments based on your interests, help research the price of homes, make an offer and coordinate the sale through the closing process.
My Story: I always say real estate is in my blood. My father and grandfather are home builders in North Tonawanda and surrounding areas. I grew up watching homes being built from the ground up, this is where my love for homes began. Right out of college I went into teaching because I loved teaching and educating children. Now as a full time real estate agent I bring my teaching background to my clients by educating them about the home buying and selling process.
