Dana narrowed down the search for homes that met my needs, made herself available to go see all the houses, and connected me with financial support. She was also patient with me as I had half a year between our first meeting and the time I was finally ready to buy. And then it only took a few weeks of house-hunting to find the right one.

She was a great partner, offering ideas, and understanding just what I was looking for as a 3rd-time homebuyer. She let me drive much of the process, but was there when I needed her help.

I would recommend her to help any homebuyer! She supports many first-time buyers, but she knows her stuff all-around. Great experience. Would work with her again!

Dana is a lifesaver!! We will ALWAYS use her for any home buying in the future, and recommend her to anyone that will listen! She’s extremely professional, trustworthy, sweet, attentive, organized, and an incredible go-getter!! Here’s our story of ‘Why Dana?’

We made the decision to move from CA to OH (closer to family) when our landlord (of 12 years) gave us the news he was renovating to sell and we had 60 days to vacate. After looking to rent in OH, we decided that buying was going to be a much better solution! We had heard about a different Relator in the Columbus area and reached out to start the process of home buying! From the beginning everything was negative! We were so devastated! We reached out to our family to see if they knew anyone else that could (and was willing to) help us! Dana reached out! Not only did our incredibly short time frame not even phase her, she asked us to send her ANY home we had the slightest bit of interest in and she’d look into it! She even called on one that didn’t accept our type of financing (FHA) and that’s the home we bought! Columbus Real Estate is a hot market, but it’s no match for Dana! She’s seriously the best!! Thank you, Dana!!
