I can't recommend Dane Rickard highly enough. He is the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. When it came time to sell our home, Dane delivered results that exceeded our expectations.
His market savvy is exemplary. He created a thorough analysis of local trends, and recent comparable listings, to provide a smart pricing strategy and position our property well in a tough market. Thanks to his sharp insights, we had very strong interest during a slow buyer's market and were able to sell our home for a good price.
The marketing package he put together to showcase our home was top-tier. Dane was able to effectively use the finer elements of our home to drive interest and target specific buyers. The professional photos were excellent, but the drone footage truly elevated everything. It showcased the full layout of the house, the large lot, and the neighborhood from stunning aerial perspectives that buyers loved. It made our listing pop and drew more interest than we expected.
What impressed me most was Dane's exceptional support throughout the entire process, especially during inspections and buyer communications. He was always one step ahead: coordinating inspections smoothly, attending them himself when needed, and supporting us well through any findings. He handled all negotiations and back-and-forth with buyers professionally and assertively, keeping us informed every step of the way while shielding us from unnecessary stress. There were two specific incidents that really drove us to such a great review. The first was a small inspection finding that our buyers tried to take advantage of using a high-cost quote and a very short response window. Dane immediately resolved the issue using his own contractor connections which provided a very reasonable price and was within the buyer's unreasonable time frame. The second issue could have had a very serious negative impact. It was a new law that had gone into effect requiring a specific inspection and which we failed. But after reviewing the failure Dane quickly understood what had happened and provided a detailed response to the inspectors and we rescheduled the inspection which passed without issue. He also smoothed everything over with the buyers so what could have been a major issue was resolved quickly and efficiently and without issue. His knowledge of our area and the new laws, along with his connections and quick actions resolved a major stress for us.
Dane was responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in getting us the best outcome. Selling a home can be overwhelming, but he made it straightforward and successful.
If you're buying or selling, don't hesitate. Go with Dane Rickard. You won't find a more knowledgeable, dedicated, and effective realtor out there!

Dane helped us sell our home while we are living abroad. This essentially meant he handled absolutely everything, going above and beyond to get the house ready to list and then to close. From being there to coordinate appliance replacement, to acquiring all quotes and scheduling work needed on the house, to trimming tree branches, spreading mulch, removing a wasp nest, and removing some final trash (even after closing) himself, I can truly say he went above and beyond for us. From the start, Dane and his team demonstrated unparalleled professionalism. They were always prompt in responding to my inquiries, meticulously addressed every detail, and showcased a deep understanding of the real estate market.

We highly recommend Dane Rickard as your Realtor for many reasons. We had some very specific things we were looking for in a house and because of our very specific tastes we were looking at homes for almost year and half! Dane was so patient with us the entire time and worked just as hard at the end as he did in the beginning!
He is so knowledgable of all the properties and the pitfalls to watch out for. He never pressured us into anything, in fact the opposite was true.
He talked us out of a couple places that we really liked because he showed us how big of a money pit they would become keeping us from making some very costly mistakes while putting aside his own financial gain.

We would recommend him to anyone and we have already many times over!
