Danica Gianni background is in the fields of education and criminal justice, holding her MEd from the University of Illinois-Chicago and principal’s designation from the prestigious Loyola University in Chicago. Twenty-five years of teaching English and coaching softball have taught her to listen to others, defuse hostile situations, and perform under both pressure and time constraints.
In addition, working with students and adults has honed her organizational and social skills, both of which facilitate the entire process of a real estate transaction. Being recognized by students in Who’s Who Among America’sTeachers in 1998, 2002, 2005, and 2012 and receiving Customer Appreciation Awards for the past 16 years in real estate shows her dedication to people and service.
While living in Chicago, Danica and her husband held teaching and coaching positions at highly competitive high schools. Unexpectedly, her husband was offered a position at a new college preparatory high school in the heart of Scottsdale, and the allure of perpetual blue skies, coupled with the smell of freshly cut grass on a baseball diamond, was too good to resist. Her family moved to Arizona in the summer of 2002 and it was just a bit later she ventured into the world of real estate.
