Graduating Cum Laude from the New York Institute of Technology in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Daniel Colomban began his career designing luxury residences and high-end commercial spaces across New York City. With over seven years of architectural experience, Daniel developed a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of space and function, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction—all of which he now brings to the real estate industry.

​In October of 2024, Daniel seamlessly transitioned into real estate with a focus on both residential and commercial properties. Since then, he has helped countless renters and buyers find their ideal homes and investment spaces, earning a reputation for being knowledgeable, thorough, and deeply client-focused.

At the same time, Daniel launched ArchTee Studios, his own architectural design firm, and began actively pursuing his professional architectural licensure.
