The unusual circumstances surrounding the purchase of my first home required the guidance and understanding of someone familiar with my type of situation. Mr. Daniel Mushala was an intercessor, who kept my best interests as a purchaser at the forefront of his actions. As my realtor, Daniel represented me in a manner mindful of the time frame needed to purchase my home and with the professionalism required to negotiate with the legal team representing the sellers. He made sure to attend all of the inspections and appraisals, cognizant of my scheduling needs. Whenever I required advice or was consumed with first time buyers distress, I was reminded of my end goal as a purchaser and was reassured every step of the way! Daniel made a stressful situation easier, even attending my final signing representing me until the very end!
