Dan Swanson is more than just a real estate agent; he’s a husband, a dad, and an adventurer who brings a warm, personal touch to every interaction. Born and raised an hour north of Pittsburgh, PA (go Steelers!), Dan’s roots are as deep as his love for the outdoors. With a BS in Kinesiology from Penn State and a Master’s in Sport Management from Northern Colorado, Dan’s academic achievements are just the beginning of his story.
