Danielle is an amazing realtor! I submitted my interest to a home on Zillow late one evening and first thing the next day she reached out and was setting up appointments to view the listing I was interested in. She was very comforting during the whole process and always had my best interest. As a first time home buyer, she was a joy and so patient with ensuring we found the perfect home. I’m so pleased with my home and the services provided by Danielle and the Thrive Team.

Danielle is not just an incredibly dedicated and intelligent realtor, but a phenomenal person with a selfless heart to simply help others no matter what! After a strenuous online search, my best friend Jordan and I picked Danielle as our realtor after an amazing first phone conversation. Though our first time meeting wasn’t on a tour of properties. My first time meeting Danielle was coincidentally enough outside of the emergency room after spraining my foot a few days later. Jordan and I had just moved to Denver, didn’t know a soul out here, and he was at work and wasn’t free to pick me up. Just as I was about to order an Uber, I was texting with Danielle and telling her what happened and she didn’t hesitate to offer picking me up, giving me a ride home, and helping me upstairs to my apartment that had no elevator. From that moment, I knew Danielle would go above and beyond to ensuring Jordan and I would find our dream home. If Jordan and I had conflicts that prevented us from seeing a home that just hit the market, Danielle would tour it herself sending the best videos being super authentic and honest on what she thought about the place and if it would be worth making an offer on. She always kept it 💯. She knew exactly what criteria we wanted in our home going into every tour. We never had to remind her about anything or turn down any listing she came across and sent out way. When we finally found the home for us, she was a MASTER negotiator and helped us close quickly and gracefully, getting the owner to agree to fixing every issue that came up during inspection. Man I can’t stress enough how on top of her game she was. She worked so hard as if it was her condo she was closing on haha. But in all seriousness, Danielle is awesome. A rare breed. So long as we are in Denver, she will forever be our realtor. 🤩🤩🏡

Danielle was great to work with throughout the entire process. I was a first time home buyer, so I had a lot of questions about the home buying process and Danielle did a great job answering all of my questions. She was always easy to get ahold of whenever I needed to talk to her as well which is nice. Going into this, I had a lot of anxiety about the home buying process and Danielle made sure all ofmy concerns were addressed which helped to ease my anxiety. She was even able to get me an earlier closing date that what was originally planned which I liked because the earlier closing date worked a lot better with my schedule. I can't recommend Danielle enough!
